Bosa Properties is looking for a Design Manager to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the Vice President, Design, this individual will have the opportunity to execute and support on a variety of project initiatives in prominent developments throughout Metro Vancouver and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Lead the articulation and development of our design projects to drive design direction that maximize brand alignment;
• Integrate owner’s, customer, and stakeholder’s insights into customer values design driven decisions;
• Work with Development team and consultants to shepherd vision through various permitting stages;
• Lead design presentations and coordinate presentation material (i.e. dwgs, model making, reference images, and renderings);
• Participate in developing standards and templates for Design team initiatives;
• Provide expertise during various stages of development to maximize design efficiency & alignment to brand and customer values.

• Post-secondary education in Architecture.
• Seven (7) years of experience in architecture or design;
• Proven experience and deep expertise in one or more areas of the Design function: visioning, positioning, development, etc.;
• Demonstrated ability to listen intently and work collaboratively, building strong relationships across the organization and with external partners;
• Strong consultation skills and the ability to facilitate the co-creation of solutions with the business;
• A demonstrated commitment to design efficiency and value engineering;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and design software (i.e., AutoCAD, Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper);
• International Design experience outside of Canada will be considered an asset.
