Reporting to the Operations Manager, this individual will have the opportunity to support a mixed portfolio consisting of retail, office spaces and shopping malls.

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and cleaning duties including pressure washing, supplemental cleaning, general repairs, changing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, and painting;
• Respond to tenant questions and concerns according to company standards;
• Address and log maintenance or repair work in a timely and professional manner;
• Conduct daily site visits and attend to emergencies and service requests;
• Build rapport with tenants and other building operations staff;
• Assist the Building Operations team with ad hoc duties as required.

• Two (2) years of experience in building maintenance or related role;
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work collaboratively to deliver high levels of tenant satisfaction;
• Demonstrated ability to provide human-centered solutions and adapt to changing needs;
• Ability to problem-solve individually and with the help of a team;
• A commitment to promoting safety and reducing risk on site.
