  • Prioritize functionality while creating interior layouts, ensuring efficient space utilization, traffic flow, and integration of essential amenities;
  • Source and select furniture, fixtures, and materials that balance aesthetics and practicality while focusing on customer centricity;
  • Create and/or annotate comprehensive interior design plans, elevations, and construction drawings using design software (Bluebeam, Sketchup, AutoCAD, etc.), highlighting functional elements and features;
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design-related queries, and ensure compliance with functional design standards.

What you Bring

  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in either high-rise, mid-rise, or multi-family residential interior design;
  • A developing understanding of space planning, ergonomics, building codes, and regulations;
  • Proficiency in design software (i.e., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam);
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively understand and articulate functional requirements;
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to support multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Who You Are

  • Integrous: Principled and conscientious, you take your commitments seriously, keeping your promises.
  • Continually Creating Excellence: You are always raising the bar. You believe in continual learning and getting better every day.
  • Optimistic: You see possibility in all situations and do the work to make the impossible, possible.
  • Humble: Unpretentious and self-aware, you take responsibility for your mistakes. Egos are barriers to doing our best work and always learning.
  • Courageous: You take the right risks, and are true to who you are. You look for opportunities to step out of your comfort zone and persevere in the face of fear.
