About The Role

Bosa Properties is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to support a dynamic portfolio of in-market and upcoming projects for Bosa Properties. Reporting to the ­­Senior Director of Marketing, this individual will have a unique opportunity to ­­­­drive the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that connect our customer to their next home/workplace/space to thrive.  This role will drive impact, creating seamless campaigns, market-leading experiential, and nurturing leads through tailored customer journeys – from awareness to conversion.  

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead marketing – from strategy through to activation – across a portfolio of category-leading products ranging from residential condo and rental to hotel and commercial;
  • Deliver multi-channel marketing campaign plans and steward the execution with a mix of agency resources and in-house marketing activation functions including digital, communications and content;
  • Connect customer personas to demand driving activations taking a data-first approach to understanding target audience, competitors, and market trends as the foundation of marketing strategy;
  • Lead the creation of thoughtful campaign plans that connect, acquire, retain and engage the right customers to our products, on budget and on time;
  • Lead the execution of marketing activations and experiences that convert the hearts and minds of customers to take action, by delegating and partnering across the marketing team;
  • Bring strong, insights-driven briefing to our creative partners to deliver campaigns and assets that meet cross-functional objectives;
  • Establish sharp positioning and channel mix to drive ROI;
  • Integrate our physical environments with our digital channels for seamless customer journeys across our touchpoints – inclusive of our experiential galleries (retail); 
  • Define and manage project marketing budgets;
  • Work collaboratively, mentor and partner cross functionally with the marketing team and other stakeholders across the organization, influencing their point of view to action;
  • Lead and engage a high performing marketing team.

What You Bring

  • Ten (10) years of work experience in marketing where you’ve developed a deep understanding of how to create marketing campaigns from a foundation of brand strategy;
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate an inclusive team focused on results and learning;
  • Proven ability to create marketing strategy and manage aligned execution of integrated plans from inception to completion;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, timelines and complex projects;
  • Ability to work collaborative in a highly cross functional environment and translate business needs into actionable plans;
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and maintain trust and integrity for yourself and the company;
  • You enjoy the challenge of a high growth environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities, with optimism and positivity;
  • Experience working with internal and external creative teams will be considered a strong asset;
  • Experience in real estate marketing will be considered an asset.

 

Salary

The expected base salary range for this role is $119,400 to $164,200. Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
