Reporting to the ­­Leasing Manager, this individual will have a unique opportunity to ­­­­play a key role in supporting the residential leasing activities of our growing rental portfolio in the Lower Mainland.   What You'll Do - Manage and field prospective leasing inquiries, arrange appointments to view the property, send applications, and update prospect profiles in Salesforce; - Maintain current suite availability, review and compare pricing, and conduct external market research for trend reporting; - Assisting with managing the advertising of the portfolio, including creating listing content and updating the necessary marketing channels; - Participate in touring competitor buildings on a quarterly basis; - Support in conducting suite showings in-person and virtually; - Ensuring a strong resident experience from initial contact, screening processes, to lease signing.

This individual will participate in planning and strategy sessions on the portfolio and acts as an expert resource on the financial aspects of the project for the development and marketing resources collaborating on the project.   The projects you will work on are predominantly concrete high-rise buildings throughout the Lower Mainland, with an expanding project portfolio that includes assets in the United States. This portfolio comprises of projects in various stages of the development life cycle.   What You'll Do - Initiating new project pro-forma set-ups, and participating in the review of budget revisions, job cost allocations, and project timelines as assigned; - Creating and/or troubleshooting monthly cash forecasts and identify sources of funding to be applied to uses; - Maintaining project proformas, cashflows and budgets as assigned; - Providing timely and accurate analysis and assessments of forecasts, financial results, cash flows and operating metrics on both individual projects and group results; - Drive user friendly automation by modelling group reporting and cash flows; - Providing the Development team with financial modelling and sensitivity analyses with a view to maximizing project returns; - Advise and review work from development accounting professionals, including monthly project financing draws, trial balances, audit/management reporting package schedules, and GST returns; - Supporting financing requirements, including preparation of materials for lenders and pro-forma.

Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, the objective of the Yardi System Administrator is to ensure optimal performance and usage of Yardi. The Yardi System Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Yardi lifecycle including implementations, set-ups, configurations, data integrity, security, reporting, maintenance, updates, and process improvements.This role will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring training is provided to users on the Yardi platform, and will be the main point of contact for questions, issues, and support.   What You'll Do - Develop, maintain, and deliver user training materials for common Yardi processes that are customized for BPI's requirements and standards; - Maintain the Yardi security configuration, including ongoing maintenance and completion of regular security monitoring and testing protocols, review of system user reports, and security validations; - Manage upgrades and system improvements of Yardi modules or systems that directly or indirectly impact Yardi; - Oversee all system configuration changes, including new property/entity set-ups, user maintenance, licenses, and access; - Translate new business structures into entity structures in Yardi; - Maintain master chart of accounts (account activations, user account requests and mapping) and support overall integrity of data and reporting; - Review system integrity indicators (vendor duplicates, ICO variances, aging credits/receivables) and report data issues to Accounting; - Create custom Yardi analytics or data downloads based on user requests; - Act as the point person for Yardi tables and Yardi data dictionary questions and requests; - Manage projects, update workflows, complete month end and property closes; - Enhance and leverage Yardi modules to support business needs (including identifying opportunities for automation); - Maintain quality relationships with users, external consultants, and vendors to maximize Yardi’s potential; - Advocate for functional enhancements to Yardi system to increase the user experience and overall system functionality and security; - Interface with various 3rd party vendors.

In this newly created role, the Director, Development FP&A, will be responsible forbuilding and managing thefinancial analysis, insights, valuations, and projections for our development projects (including mixed-use, rental, residential, commercial, hotel and industrial). Reporting to the Director, Commercial Leasing, this individual will have the opportunity to support an income producing portfolio of nearly 4 million square feet.   What You'll Do - Preparation and drafting of lease documentation with a high degree of accuracy, including lease agreements across all asset types, offers to lease, renewals, assignments, modifications and amendments; - Ensure a high-level accuracy across all documentation by reviewing, amending, and providing feedback; - Deliver documentation in an efficient manner; - Drive process across the department and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required; - Provide support to the Commercial Leasing team through monitoring and tracking critical dates, workflows and ensuring completion and execution of legal documents; - Administer lease information and enter lease data into Property Management database; - Liaising with internal business units and tenants; - Build strong relationships with tenants across the portfolio through intent listening and consulting.
